DESIGN DEVELOPMENT:

Sample are developed as per designed by the buyer, the process starts with prototype patterns and samples, then approval of samples and patterns, grading to all requisite size ranges and size sets, issues production markers ensuring most judicial use of fabrics keeping in mind all technicalities of fabric to produce most desirable garments.

Our developments include variety of cargo's, denim, casual shirts, t-shirts, shorts, jackets, jog suits, boxers, and ladies and girls dresses, blouses, t-tops, trousers, belts, bags & scarves

SOURCING YARN, & ACCESSORIES:

Having extensive network of fabric supply from Pakistan, Asaaz Enterprises controls quality of all fabric inputs and coordinates timing of their procurement and imports and its timely delivery at garment manufacturing units.

Fabrics are tested for color fastness, fabric strength, flammability or any other parameters set by buyers to ensure product satisfaction. Most commonly used fabrics include denims, twill's, cotton and yarn dyed plaids, stripes, jacquard, herring bones, spandex yarn-dyes, poly micro fibers, poly micro mesh, knit piques, interlocks, thermals, jacquard, French terry's, fleece, ribs, double mercerized etc.

MERCHANDISING & PRODUCTION:

Asaaz Enterprises monitors manufacturing manually and technically, from the yarn weaving, fabric stages to finish product, on site in order to closely track your production to ensure that it adheres to your standards and schedule and keep you regularly updated with your production. We identify any risk factors in the production of garments and discuss these risk factors with the manufacturer to resolve the problem.

We hold production meetings with the production staff before launching bulk production to ensure that all comments given prior to production approval will be implemented in production and that all possible problems are discussed and corrective measures are implemented during production.

QUALITY ASSURANCE:

We at Asaaz Enterprises believe in maintaining systems and control measures from yarn-weaving-fabric stages in accordance to AQL 2.5 system to deliver flawless garments. Our quality assurance personnel stationed at all manufacturing sites ensure that all production units are geared to run on AQL 2.5, thereby eliminating the last minute rejection factor giving you value for your money.

LAB TESTING:

Quality is emphasized in all the procedures and we follow many quality standards to ensure that, the garments we sell are within the requirements of our buyer.

The Garments we craft are tested for:

1. Color Fastness tested by reputable testing Labs.
2. Fabric match to sunlight & spectra light
3. Dimensional stability to domestic washing
4. Tear - Strength test in Elmendorf tester
5. Spiraled
6. Print durability and dyes strength

DOCUMENTATION & SHIPPING COORDINATION:

We at Asaaz Enterprises check all shipping documents as per buyer instructions and ensure that dispatch of documents as per dispatch instructions provided by buyers L/Cs, well in advance of the actual shipment arrival with intimation to buyers and clearing agents.
